Typical HMI Screens Main Menu
SCHEMATIC FLOW Diagram:
The Schematic Flow Diagram of the Portable CIP Skid shown above is representative of the type of Operator Screens which can be provided for even the most elementary type of CIP Control System by ESC engineers. Both Black/White and Color displays are available. The Active sensors and controlled components are shaded or colored to provide instant recognition of the status of the program, and a legend is displayed to describe the current step. On the above screen the step is C-33 Charge Water Tank w/WFI, further depicted by the GREEN WFI valve and the Water Tank containing WFI (levels do not vary). Start Up Screen
The Start Up screen provides controls for all operations of the CIP Skid. The operator can Start and Stop the program, select between Auto Program or Maintenance modes, and select a specific cleaning program, for example, Line, Tank, or Centrifuge on the above screen. When the program starts, status is displayed as well as the current step description, and accumulated totals vs set-points for gallons delivered and time. |
