This photo reveals a total absence of riboflavin after only two (2) 30 second rinse periods.

The issues to consider include (1) spraying the undersides of all of the bellows folds, and (2) the impact of a heavy flow of water from the process system above simply pouring through this area, interfering with the spray streams, and perhaps not touching the undersides if the bellows folds.  For this reason, a device sequencing program would normally be applied to spray the bellows in parallel with some other portion of the total circuit to assure no obstruction of the very small spray streams.
